Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Motherwell to recruit a Customer Service / Factoring Assistant on a temporary basis.

Reporting to the Senior Factoring Officer you will be working in an inclusive, friendly team where teamwork and encouragement sit at the very heart of the business.

The job purpose of this role is to carry out a range of administrative tasks to contribute to the provision of a customer focused and efficient factoring service.

Duties:

• Setting up and maintaining records on customers
• Ensure first - class customer experience by focusing on providing solutions for factoring customers
• Support the Senior Factoring Officer in delivering a range of factoring - related services to customers
• Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding factoring enquiries
• Maximise factoring income with debt recovery
• Assist in producing quarterly invoices for customers
• Deal with customers reports of estate management problems
