Full Job Description

  • Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
  • Supporting on an internal service inbox
  • Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
  • Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
  • Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Reactive renegotiation of accounts.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Relationship Advisor to join our Inchinnan site. We are looking for someone who's organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support., Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Including Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Customer and solution focused.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
