Customer Service Assistant

We are GYEON UK and we supply exceptional car care products to B2B and B2C customers throughout the UK and Ireland. We have ambitious plans to grow our business further, and to help us achieve this we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our office in Edinburgh.

As our new Customer Service Assistant, you'll assist us with order processing, customer service, inventory management and general administration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

•         Investigate delivery or order issues and help customers get the right outcome

•         Responding to customer enquiries (email and messages)    

•         Assist with reporting on business performance

•         General administrative support duties

If you enjoy working in a friendly environment, have proven customer service skills, have excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office apps, we'd love to hear from you.

In return, we offer 30 days annual leave (pro-rata), company pension, and sick pay. With a salary of £11,232 per year, this part-time (16 hrs per week, Mon-Fri), permanent role is perfect if you're looking to develop your skills and be part of a small and dynamic team.
