The Customer Services Officer - Faire will be part of the Comhairle's Customer Service Team responsible for providing a high-quality service on behalf of the Comhairle., You will be required to ensure that offices are covered during normal working hours, including working on a rota basis.

Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of grade.

You should have experience of dealing with the public and experience of handling high call volumes. It is essential that you have Standard Grade English and Mathematics (or equivalent)., Disability Confident
