Customer Service Team Member

As a Customer Service Team Member at Welcome Break, you'll be the friendly face our customers see first. Whether you're helping someone find what they need, or keeping the site looking its best, you'll play a big part in delivering a great experience for our customers on the move. This role could be a great fit if you:

What you'll do:
• Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
• Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
