As a Customer Team Leader, you'll help maintain our high standards while supporting your store colleagues to be their best. You'll assist the Store Manager and make sure your store is always safe. You'll also take pride in keeping the store well-stocked and looking great, leading by example and doing the right thing. As a Store Manager at Co-op, you'll lead your team and make sure everyone works together to deliver a great in-store experience for our customers. While the role comes with its challenges, with exciting opportunities for growth, it's one of the most rewarding careers in retail. You'll lead a large team of Store Managers across around 20 stores. You'll inspire your team to deliver a great customer experience, drive sales, and contribute to their communities. This is about more than managing stores - you'll help to bring our strategies to life through exciting projects and programmes.   • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service
  • The ability to work as part of a team and flexibly across a range of shifts
  • An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential)

    Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift. Either, Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday. We're happy to discuss your availability further at interview.
