You will pursue relevant sales and technical certifications while collaborating across the business to support customer needs. You will help deliver strong vendor propositions and essential fundamentals, contributing to Softcat's market-leading vendor ecosystem. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor products, services, and market trends, including achieving and renewing certifications Build and manage internal and external relationships, establishing clear communication channels between Softcat and vendors Identify customer opportunities by analyzing market trends, engaging with customers, and collaborating with sales teams Promote and articulate the value of vendor technologies to support differentiation and competitive positioning Deliver training, onboarding, and enablement sessions to equip sales teams with vendor knowledge Tasks Knowledge and understanding of Cyber Security technologies Willingness to continue learning Strong relationship-building skills across teams Ability to obtain and maintain relevant sales and technical certifications Collaborative, proactive mindset in a team-focused environment Attention to detail and prioritization of tasks Key requirements Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 at home Flexible working hours Supportive and inclusive culture Autonomy to realise potential
