Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver data-driven insights to underpin asset replacement and capital expenditure programmes. You'll combine data analytics with facilities management knowledge to surface cost-saving opportunities and inform investment decisions. You will engage senior client stakeholders, presenting findings with credibility and clarity. The work centers on building BI dashboards, life cycle costing analyses, and actionable recommendations to improve asset performance. Pay / Benefits

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Data Insights team Investigate maintenance provisions to identify cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities and propose specification changes Strengthen the evidence base for capital replacement submissions with SME collaboration Use BI tools to identify root causes of spend and performance outliers by asset type Advise on asset specifications to inform purchasing decisions Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel tools; produce reports and summaries for internal/external audiences Create data visualisation tools to provide timely, actionable insights into repairs and maintenance services and demand Develop and enhance BI and life cycle costing (LCC) analysis and reporting tools Use Life Cycle Costing models to inform investment priorities for asset replacement Represent the company professionally and build relationships with City and client colleagues Undertake training to keep skills current; comply with Health & Safety policies and quality standards Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by Line Manager Tasks SQL analysis skills Advanced Excel with complex formulas and data analytics High proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Senior-level relationship management experience Ability to present to senior client stakeholders Excellent report-writing skills Experience of monitoring KPIs Experience of collaborating with internal and external teams and partners Key requirements
