Hours - Monday to Friday, 9 - 5

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Bearsden to hire a Data Entry specialist on a permanent basis.


Main duties:


  • Collecting and entering data in databases
  • Matching, batching and coding invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate records of valuable company information
  • Data cleansing
  • Organising contact information
  • General admin
