Experteer Overview In this role you will design, implement, and monitor standardized data quality metrics within the Data Quality Controls & Metrics team to support the Firm's data quality program. You will collaborate with data quality stakeholders across the organization and help automate metric production, enabling data governance and risk management. You will maintain DQ metric inventories, apply the program framework to metrics, and train colleagues to scale the initiative. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global, data-driven risk program at Morgan Stanley. Pay / Benefits
- Advise stakeholders on implementing data quality metrics Provide SME guidance for transitioning to automated metric production Maintain inventory of data quality metrics Foster strong relationships with data quality stakeholders Communicate effectively and coordinate metric lifecycle activities Apply the Data Quality Program framework to metrics and monitoring Train team members and other DQ risk officers on metrics Tasks At least 4 years of relevant experience Bachelor's Degree Strong knowledge of the data lifecycle and data quality approaches Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to present complex issues clearly Excellent verbal and written communication, with influence over senior management Experience influencing stakeholders and driving projects to completion Desirable: experience in data/information risk, data governance, data architecture, or enterprise data modeling Desirable: experience driving adoption of new programs and processes Key requirements
