Dental Practice Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow

- Lead and mentor a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, dental nurses and supporting staff

- Develop and implement practice policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and service delivery

- Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and staff development

- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among team members

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic practice environment

- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships

Proven experience in a management role within the dental or healthcare industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

- Knowledge of dental practice management software and systems (experience with Dentally is desirable)

- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality,

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
