Full Job Description
- Welcoming patients to the practice in a friendly and professional manner
- Managing appointments and diaries using dental software (SOE/Exact experience desirable)
- Handling patient enquiries both in person and over the phone/email
- Supporting the clinical team with efficient communication and administration
- Maintaining patient confidentiality and a high standard of customer care at all times
Previous experience in a dental receptionist role preferred - Confident, professional, and personable with excellent communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Comfortable with IT systems and open to learning new software
- A team player with a patient-focused approach
- Positive attitude and keen to be part of a growing, supportive team
