What you'll be responsible for Design, develop and maintain secure, scalable digital applications across web, iOS and Android channels, with a focus on intuitive client and adviser experiences. Build modern web and mobile solutions using React, TypeScript, Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose and relevant platform frameworks. Develop reusable application components, APIs and integration services connecting digital channels with client, investment, reporting, CRM, identity and operational platforms. Implement mobile-native capabilities such as biometrics, push notifications, secure device storage, deep linking and app store release processes. Embed engineering best practice across solution design, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, logging, observability, performance and secure coding. Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Business Analysis, Architecture and Engineering colleagues to translate requirements into effective

technical solutions. Participate fully in Agile delivery, production support and continuous improvement activities, contributing to platform stability and delivery quality. Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve client experience, engineering productivity and digital platform capability. About you Proven experience delivering modern digital applications in a professional software engineering environment. Experience designing, consuming and supporting APIs, integration services and enterprise-scale distributed architectures. Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, secure development, authentication, authorisation and identity management. Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated testing, DevOps practices, monitoring and operational support. Good understanding of accessibility, usability, responsive design, performance and mobile-first engineering principles. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and collaboration
skills, with experience working in Agile product delivery teams. Preferred Experience developing client-facing digital platforms within wealth management, financial services or other regulated industries. Experience with React Native, Flutter, Azure cloud services, cloud-native architectures or API management platforms. Knowledge of mobile authentication, biometrics, digital identity, app store release processes and resilient platform operations. Exposure to AI-enabled client experiences, personalisation, conversational interfaces or relevant engineering, cloud or mobile certifications.
