Job purpose: Ready to earn while you earn? We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Applications & Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in customer service, business administration, and digital technologies, all while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification.
This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, using technology, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.
What will I learn? Meeting and greeting customers, helping to sign people in and allocate rooms.
Responding to enquiries and helping with general admin.
Qualifying calls and transferring to various departments.
Maintaining records.
Daily reception duties.
Working with all of our digital applications.
What qualifications or qualities are required? Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Genuine interest in digital applications
Enjoys working with people and good customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills
