Digital Operations Centre Manager

Equans is looking for a Digital Operations Centre Manager to join our Digital business, based from our office in Leeds with the objective to support sites across the North East. Key activities Responsibility for digital service provision in the DOCDay to Day Management of BMS Remote Service Engineers, BMS Project Support and other digital/IoT services (approx. 10 persons)Managing specialist supplier relationshipsRegular contract reviews with customers and senior clients, upselling services where possibleExcellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contractsBMS, IT, Software, Operational understanding and awarenessDelivery of

contract KPI's - meeting SLAsManagement of statutory, legal, safety and contract compliance standards Stakeholder engagement and supporting PMOP&L responsibility between £1m - £3m Travelling to sites in the portfolio to undertake service reviews, safety visits and meet teams Skills, qualifications & experience Degree level education, or, Qualified and experienced trade (electrotechnical/remote systems)Experience of managing self-delivered and subcontracted BMS services on a large scale, software, networking and JavaThorough working knowledge of the BMS industry and systems our teams may encounter (ie, Trend, Tridium, Siemens etc)Excellent knowledge of HVAC plant and other M&E systems Experience within a variety of contract environmentsP&L Responsibility with a track record of successStrong client focus and clear, concise communication skillsExcellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contracts in financial terms, Ability to work
