Are you a proactive professional with a passion for organization and detail? We're looking for a Document Controller to join our dynamic Client-based team on an exciting new major Programme! In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with project management teams to ensure the smooth flow of documents and information across diverse stakeholders.

This is your chance to play a central role in shaping and maintaining processes, providing guidance, and making a real impact on a high-profile Programme.

What You'll Do

Manage Document Workflows:

Oversee all stages of document workflows using REBIM and GliderBIM.
Organize and maintain the document filing structure in SharePoint. Drive Process Excellence:

Periodically review and refine the Programme Document Control Process to keep it fit for purpose.
Train and onboard new team members on document control procedures and software. Ensure Quality & Compliance:

Perform quality checks on supplier documentation to meet Programme standards.
Manage document numbering, status tracking, and revision control with precision. Collaborate with Stakeholders:

Be the go-to contact for document workflows with supply chain partners.
Liaise with customer organizations to ensure feedback is received on time.

Essential Skills and Experience

Proven Expertise: Hands-on experience in document control activities with a solid understanding of workflows.
Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail and a process-driven approach to tasks.
Strong Organization: Exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient task completion within set timelines.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent Communication: Top-notch interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively while juggling multiple priorities with ease. Desirable Skills and Experience
