Full Job Description
Document Controller, you'll ensure robust document control processes are applied across internal teams, customers, and the supply chain. You'll be the go-to contact for workflow support, software guidance, and compliance with Document Control Procedures.,
- Oversee document workflows using dedicated document control software.
- Manage and structure documentation within SharePoint.
- Regularly review, maintain, and improve document control processes.
- Train and support new team members on systems and procedures.
- Manage document numbering, revisions, and approval statuses.
- Check supplier submissions for quality and process compliance.
- Act as the main contact for supply chain document workflow queries.
- Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure timely distribution and feedback.
- Work closely with project and engineering teams to maintain the deliverables schedule.
Proven background in document control. - High attention to detail and strong process discipline.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively and effectively within a team environment.
