Position: Domestic Assistant

• Contract: £12.71 per hour


• Hours: Contracted to 40 hours per week


• Benefits: Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided


• Leave: 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)

Role Overview

As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an essential role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports wellbeing, dignity, and comfort. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and high standards will have a direct impact on daily life.

You will be responsible for:

• Cleaning residents' rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation.


• Supporting laundry services, helping to ensure personal belongings are handled with care and returned correctly.


• Working closely with the wider team, following infection control, health, safety, and cleaning procedures, and ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in line with required standards.

Your role will contribute to a well-organised, respectful, and comfortable environment for everyone.
