Our Enforcement Officers play a big part by removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. What does a DVLA Enforcement Officer Do?
- Liaises with members of the public and give advice regarding clamping and fines
- Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle
- Work alongside other agencies when required including Police DVLA and VOSA
- Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available
- Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose reporting faults to the Manager
- Completes daily reports regarding activities
All applicants applying for this role must hold a full UK driving licence. Applicants who do not hold a full UK driving licence will not be considered - Excellent Communication Skills
