Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative graduate musician looking for their first job in the arts industry to join our team for one year. The postholder will develop the skills required to coordinate and deliver a range of music projects in the community in a supported role. The Fellowship can be flexible and tailored to suit the musical background and discipline of the post holder and will allow for personal project design and implementation during the year.
The Outreach Fellow will be based at the Laidlaw Music Centre in St Andrews and travel across the region for project delivery.
Early Career is defined as having graduated from a bachelors degree within the last three years.
St Andrews Music Participation (StAMP) is the award-winning outreach programme located in the Laidlaw Music Centre at the University of St Andrews. We believe in the transformative power of music and create high quality educational and musical experiences for children, young people, and communities across Fife. Our activities connect people, support wellbeing, and help participants develop skills for life that support their musical and personal goals. StAMP collaborates with a range of arts organisations and academic colleagues combining disciplines to spark curiosity and explore new ideas.
