EDINBURGH- HOSPITALITY STAFF- ALL POSITIONS

Based in our busy bars/ restaurants, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be required to take customer orders, carry three plates, prepare and serve drinks, replenish stocks, and make knowledgeable wine pairing recommendations to guests. This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.

Previous experience working behind a bar Preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Good knowledge and familiarity of wine, spirits & beers

Excellent communication skills and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.

Pay Rate

£11.45 per hour + holiday pay.
