Full Job Description
Although role content may vary, the main responsibilities within these roles are:
- Be the first point of contact for all clients and customers arriving to the building.
- Meet, greet, and assist with all queries and/or meetings and events on site.
- Answer and redirect telephone calls and emails as appropriate.
- Set up and manage meeting rooms.

- Possess excellent communication skills at all levels.

The Corporate Mobile Receptionist position is a unique role that requires flexibility in terms of travel across Scotland and Newcastle to support our other teams. This is part of our Network Team who are the heartbeat of Rapport. If you enjoy variety and new learning every day, then this could be the role for you! Type of contract: Permanent, Full-time Location: Various locations, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Newcastle. Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis between 7 AM - 7PM with flexibility as per business needs) Holiday allowance: 20 days + bank holidays What will you get?
