Qualifications We Prefer Essentials - Time served in a relevant discipline (with trade papers or an equivalent qualification i.e. SVQ Level 3) - Good communication skills both written and verbal and candidates will be required to demonstrate numerical, literacy and computer literacy skills. - Compliance with all Collins Aerospace policies and procedures inclusive of EH&S, Code of Ethics, Intellectual Property and ITC requirements Desirable - Previous experience in the aviation environment, specific to
maintenance repair and overhaul - Knowledge of Aircraft technical manuals and drawings - SAP experience would be advantageous although not essential - An understanding of the principles of Lean/Continuous Improvement would be advantageous. The role requires flexibility in rapidly evolving global aviation market. Dayshift/backshift rotation will be required in the role (with associated competitive premiums) and will be complemented with comprehensive training that supports personal growth and development.
