Your new role

As a key member of the electrical maintenance team, you will carry out:

• Domestic repairs - fault‑finding, rewiring, and day‑to‑day maintenance
• EICR testing - ensuring all properties meet current safety standards
• Compliance documentation - completing certificates and reports accurately

You'll work independently, manage your own workload, and provide a professional, customer‑focused service to tenants and residents.

What you'll need to succeed

• 18th Edition qualification (essential)
• SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
• Experience in domestic maintenance and testing
• Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence
