Electrician / Electrical Surveyor

As an Electrical Surveyor, you'll be responsible for overseeing a wide range of electrical works-from initial survey through to completion and aftercare. You'll work closely with internal teams, tenants, and clients, ensuring a smooth customer journey and maintaining strong relationships throughout each project. What you'll be doing

• Surveying a variety of electrical works across domestic properties
• Planning and scoping jobs to ensure efficient delivery
• Engaging with tenants and clients, providing updates and aftercare support
• Liaising closely with the Clerk of Works to maintain quality and compliance
• Inspecting installations to ensure they meet current regulations and standards
• Carrying out compliance checks on Solar PV/ Battery Storage installations
  
  18th Edition qualification
• Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
• Experience or knowledge of Solar PV/ Battery Storage installations
• C&G 2391-52 (or SELECT equivalent)
