Full Job Description

Provide project and administrative support to the Employability Services partnership with focus on performance management of across a portfolio of innovative employability initiatives.
Apply knowledge and competence with the organisation's chosen software support tool (currently HANLON CRMS), Training will be provided during placement period for any specialist training.
Assist the project manager(s) to control and monitor project budgets and costs to agreed tolerances
Assist with the compiling of performance reports for Scottish Government, Fife Partnership, Opportunities Fife Partnership and local projects
Directly support the production and presentation of reports, guidance and other documentation relating to Fife Employability Pathway programme
Essential Skills/Aptitudes of suitable applicant, Support: Please identify how you would assist the Project Manager(s) to control and monitor project budgets and costs to agreed tolerances. (Response 150 words).

Teamwork: Provide examples of how you develop and maintain relationships to strengthen partnership, team and project working within the project team (Response 150 words).

Qualified to SCQF Level 7 which includes HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent experience
Experience within an administrative role with desired skills in a CRMS/MIS system

Working 36 hours per week (Monday - Friday) based at Skills Development Conference Centre, Kirkcaldy, KY1 3NL with options for blended working.

Pay: FC6 (£16.92)
