The Opportunity
Binnies, part of the RSK Group, is seeking experienced Engineering Managers to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering innovative solutions across water, wastewater, and sludge treatment projects throughout the UK.
This is a key leadership role within our delivery function, overseeing projects from concept through to commissioning. You will play a central role in shaping sustainable infrastructure that supports communities and the environment for the long term.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams within a collaborative, digital-first environment
- Oversee project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Coordinate closely with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client stakeholders
- Embed health, safety, and sustainability considerations into all engineering outputs
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and engineering practices
- Support wider business growth through strong client engagement and delivery excellence
About You
- Degree-qualified Engineer with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong background in design and build project delivery, ideally within the water sector
- Familiarity with NEC3/NEC4 Professional Services Contracts and contract administration
- Experience with digital engineering tools and approaches
- A proven track record of delivering complex engineering solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
