Experteer Overview In this role you will support and implement EHS policies across Southern UK, spanning field service, sales, and business support. You will work with senior management to drive EHS performance and culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. You will lead investigations, training, and communication to prevent incidents and protect people, stakeholders and the environment. This is a hands-on role with travel across Southern UK to visit sites and depots. You will shape EHS strategy and collaborate across functions in a global climate and energy solutions company. • Provide guidance on occupational health, safety, and environment for UK&I services/projects and acquisitions integration, ensuring regulatory and company compliance. Collaborate with senior management to improve EHS performance and deploy strategies. Promote Lead with Safety commitments and foster a shared EHS culture. Coach management to understand EHS responsibilities and business benefits. Oversee EHS investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions and lessons learned. Assess project resource needs for EHS during proposals based on scope and complexity. Manage subcontractor prequalification, deployment, and safety performance. Design and deliver EHS training programs and development activities. Conduct safety inspections/audits and close corrective actions timely. Support internal EH&S reporting systems and update policies, risk assessments, and method statements. Produce timely EH&S communications in various formats and support certification renewals.
