Full Job Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and other resources.
- Review and analyse tender documents, contracts, and drawings. Prepare and submit tenders and proposals to clients.
- Identify potential project risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Provide detailed reports on costs and expenditures, helping ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
Preferably a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 5 years' experience in contracting. Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably in civil engineering or construction
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills to assess costs and project viability.
