- Work in collaboration with all partners (including security and medical providers) and external agencies to deliver the highest standard safety operation.
- Support, Develop and monitor Event Risk Assessments for all events across the three main venues. Contribute to the wider corporate SEC Risk Assessments and Risk Register process.
- Ensure that the SEC complies with all legislation and licensing conditions relating to public safety, event safety and develop and monitor relevant processes to register and monitor compliance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience of working and managing people in an event environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide clear direction in challenging situations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly in the context of large-scale events.
- Team player with a positive and friendly attitude
