Events Coordinator

Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust (DCLT) are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to lead on daily operation of the Function and Events Department within the Dome. The exceptional candidates will be hands on and lead the successful planning, delivery, management of conferencing, functions and events., About the role: As Events Coordinator you will Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals to ensure all event operations run smoothly, from setup to take down including hospitality delivery. Events can range from conferences for 50 attendees to a standing concert for 3000 attendees. The Role requires a meticulous focus on planning to deliver an unparalleled service to the clients and contractors, whilst managing resources, budgets and timelines. Additional responsibilities to include handling initial enquiries and client engagement.

About the you: You will play a pivotal role in the Coordination of Events and Functions. You will have passion for customer service and key account Operational Management. You will have a background in managing event activity and experience in managing large Crowds. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly blend innovation with operational excellence. You will stay tuned into industry innovation and best practice whilst working with other departments to ensure a safe operation.

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: Average 40 hours, 5 from 7, evenings and weekends to deliver Business needs
