Experienced Retail Travel Sales Manager

Full time – permanent position

Competitive Salary + OTE bonus scheme

37.5hr week Monday – Saturday, NEVER open Sundays

This is a pivotal role, combining leadership with commercial responsibility to ensure outstanding client service and strong sales performance.

Can you consistently deliver outstanding sales results, efficiently manage a high volume of customer enquiries, maintain and continue to build long-term customer relationships though face to face, social media, telephone and email – If you are experienced, with a minimum of 5 years working in a Management Role within a retail travel agency, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

If you have your own personal customer base this would be an advantage but not essential. You should be a competent all-rounder in the selling of package holidays, bespoke package, cruise and multi centre itinerary’s.

You will be well organised and responsible for the administration of bookings to be completed to the highest standards.
