Full Job Description

Achieve Hospitality are currently recruiting for a F&B Operations Manager for our fantastic client based in Scotland.
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our clients dining facilities and ensure the highest standards of service and quality are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on food and beverage operations. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities, while also leading a team of dedicated staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests.,

  • Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times.

  • Work closely with the culinary team to develop and update menus, ensuring a diverse selection of high-quality dishes.

  • Manage budgets and control costs to achieve financial targets.

  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote food and beverage offerings and drive revenue growth.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

    Experience in a similar role

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a similar establishment.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, products, and suppliers.

  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and experience implementing procedures to ensure compliance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and restaurant management software.

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required., Supervising experience: 3 years (preferred)

  • Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Bar management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Hospitality: 4 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 4 years (preferred)

  • Management: 3 years (preferred)
