Full Job Description

  • Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to client safety rules

  • Actively support a working culture based on respect for health, safety and environmental issues and maintenance of a high level of asset integrity.

  • Onshore focal point for the prioritisation, planning and execution of planned and corrective maintenance, attending asset planning meetings and ensuring gate compliance

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery of fabric maintenance and access scopes by analysing and interrogating delivery performance.

  • Design/develop/deploy technical solutions for delivery of efficient methodologies and improvements.

  • Manage CTR's for all campaign activities, from Bilfinger Engineers.

  • Manage work packs from Bilfinger Engineers

  • Define and agree work execution requirements and resources

  • Develop excellent working relationships with offshore and onshore operations, vendors, Technical Authorities and verification bodies.

  • Participate as a member of the client team in delivering performance targets.

  • Co-ordinates with operations personnel for planned and corrective scopes, identifying support requirements and blockers of success.

  • Prepare, implement, integrate and review planned campaign programmes in order to meet client requirements, ensuring that all work is accurately recorded.

  • Maintains comprehensive records of performance, trends and failures

  • Ensure all third party support performs in accordance with the contract deliverables, conforms to client requirements and reports on progress.

  • Familiar with the appropriate statutory legislation, Safety Case, Verification Scheme and Safety Management Systems in support of the function.

  • Support the management and control of associated OPEX and CAPEX budget and support across the operational disciplines.

  • Occasional offshore visits to directly support offshore operations and ensure full and practical understanding of operational issues.

  • Accountability and management of offshore campaign activities, materials and performance.

  • Demonstratable knowledge of a core discipline and possess good working knowledge of scaffolding, painting, insulation and environmental cleaning.
