Your new company
You will be working with a leading UK main contractor delivering a 70m purpose‑built student accommodation scheme. The business has a strong reputation for delivering complex, high‑quality projects across the residential and mixed‑use sectors, and this scheme is a flagship development within their current portfolio.

Your new role
As Freelance Faade Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of the external envelope packages from pre‑start through to completion. You will manage faade subcontractors on site, coordinate design and technical queries, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.You will work closely with the Project Manager, Design Team and client representatives, providing regular progress updates, managing inspections, and driving resolution of any issues relating to interfaces, sequencing or compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience working as a Faade Manager on large‑scale construction projects, ideally student accommodation or residential schemes
• Strong knowledge of faade systems, including curtain walling, brickwork, SFS, rainscreen and balconies
• Experience working for a main contractor on projects valued 20m+
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold preferred) and First Aid
• Ability to work on a freelance/contract basis and start promptly
