Facilities Assistant - Catering

Reporting to the Catering Supervisor you will assist in the provision of a quality catering service within this location and associated locations, as required. As a Facilities Assistant within a kitchen, you will prepare and serve meals, operate a till and undertake specific cleaning duties. You must have the ability to work under pressure, be a team player and operate within food safety and nutritional guidelines., Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to confirmation of employment being made by North Ayrshire Council. Please note, successful candidates will be expected to meet the cost of the relevant PVG check (£59 or £18), which will be deducted from your salary following commencement of employment.
