Facilities Assistant - Cleaner

This post is to assist with the provision of high quality cleaning within council buildings for the Facilities Management Team. We clean a variety of buildings across North Ayrshire estate which include Schools, Nurseries, Day Centres, Offices, Libraries, Residential Homes, Depots and Sheltered Housing Units. This position is 52 weeks per year and based within Anam Cara. Working hours are 8:30am until 13:30pm and 8:30am until 12:30pm rotation and weekend working., Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check, prior to confirmation of employment being made by North Ayrshire Council. Please note, successful candidates will be expected to meet the cost of the relevant PVG check (£59 or £18), which will be deducted from your wages following commencement of employment.
