We're recruiting a Facilities Coordinator on behalf of a well-established facilities management company based in Livingston.

This is a busy operational role where you'll coordinate maintenance works across commercial properties, ensuring contractors, engineers and customers all stay informed and jobs are delivered on time.

• Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Managing contractors and engineers.
• Scheduling jobs and monitoring progress.
• Liaising with customers throughout the lifecycle of each job.
• Ensuring service levels and response times are achieved.
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Escalating issues where required and helping find solutions.
• Supporting the wider operations team.
