About The Role

Job Purpose

The Facilities Manager will lead a safe, compliant, reliable, and welcoming estate across all BrewDog bars and the brewery in Ellon. This London-based role brings together facilities management for brewing bars and the Ellon brewery along with HSEQ oversight for Brewdog bars, providing one trusted point of contact for operational teams, leaders, and external partners. You will set clear standards, anticipate risk, and make practical, commercially sound decisions about what BrewDog can deliver in-house and where specialist support is required. By combining visible leadership with disciplined compliance and project coordination, you will protect our people, customers, products, sites, and license to operate while helping every location perform at its best.
