Are you an experienced Property Manager with factoring experience looking for a varied role where you can make a real impact? We're recruiting for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across Scotland, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, and that homeowners receive an outstanding level of service.

This is a relationship-focused role, so we're looking for someone who enjoys being out on site, building rapport with homeowners and contractors, and solving problems proactively.

The Role

• Manage a portfolio of residential developments across Scotland.
• Carry out regular site inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee contractors and planned maintenance projects.
• Assist with budgeting and the management of service charges.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners, residents and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with the Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011.
• Support owners' meetings and oversee major works, keeping stakeholders informed throughout.

About You

• Previous experience in property, housing, facilities or factoring management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident managing contractors and multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Scottish property factoring legislation is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
