Full Job Description
As a Fairer Falkirk Graduate, you will support key workstreams that strengthen how we use data, communications and national learning to reduce poverty and increase access to support. You will contribute to several priority areas, including:
- Data and insight - improving how we use data to identify unmet need and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Communications and take-up - supporting campaigns that help residents maximise their income and access financial entitlements.
- Strategy, reporting and evaluation - contributing to performance frameworks, data reporting and preparation of the annual Strategic Update Report.
- National learning and innovation - engaging with Scotland-wide learning networks, sharing best practice and supporting the adoption of innovative approaches.
- Whole Family Support - contributing to the development of Falkirk's Whole Family Support plan alongside local partners., This role offers hybrid working, allowing employees to work both from home and in Council locations, to support business needs.
