Fibre/Data Manager Location: Livingston, UK Wide Position: Hybrid We're looking for a Fibre Manager to join our Livingston team and deliver high-quality fibre and data infrastructure projects. Livingston Building Services provides innovative M&E engineering solutions, and we're committed to creating an environment where talented people can thrive. You'll manage day-to-day operations across several contracts, supporting project delivery, team development, commercial control, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple fibre and data projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee commercial forecasting, procurement, sub-contractors, materials, and programme updates in coordination with internal teams.
- Lead client, sub-contractor, and internal meetings while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures. Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' Project Manager experience, with proven progression and experience managing multiple projects, ideally from £50k to £2m.
- Strong fibre and data project delivery experience, including technical understanding of installations and SCADA systems on wind or solar farms.
- Ability to programme projects using Asta Power Project or MS Project, with fit-out experience and design-and-build knowledge desirable.
- Commercially confident, with the ability to price work, manage P&L responsibility, control costs, and support decision-making.
- Strong client-facing, sales, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to win work and manage expectations. Desirable Skills & Qualifications:
- Construction-related qualifications, relevant CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness certification.
- Full UK driving licence, IT literacy including MS Word, Excel, and planning software, with flexibility to travel or adapt hours as required. Personal Attributes:
