Your Responsibilities

What You'll Earn
Enjoy a competitive pay structure that rewards your efforts: £20-£30 per interview (typically). Admin fees and holiday pay (12.1%). Travel time compensation at £4.68/hour for your commute. Mileage reimbursement at 36p per mile (up to 10,000 miles). Bonuses: £250 after your launch, and an additional £250 at two and four months. Average hourly rate: £15.12 (including holiday pay), with experienced interviewers earning even more!

Laptop or tablet with a camera. Comfortable using basic technology. At least 18 hours available per week. Flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills. Friendly and professional demeanor. Resilient and confident attitude. Self-motivated and independent. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
