Field Service Engineer

· To carry out servicing in line with the companies' policies.

· To carry out LOLER Inspections in accordance with LOLER regulations and in house procedures.

· To ensure timely delivery of breakdown assistance to customers.

· Completing on site Log in and out as required by each customer

· To ensure key personnel are informed of any issues onsite

· To provide photographs and part numbers (where possible), for all components required for repairs.

· To attend and complete booked works on the calendar.

· To participate with full and partial ceiling track installations

· To complete and submit electronic documents in a timely manner and always before the end of that day's work.

· Completing further work-based training as and when requested by your Line Manager.

· To participate in ceiling track installations and conversions

· 6mths+ Experience in LOLER regulations

· A clean driving license

· No convictions that would prevent you from working with vulnerable adults

Desirable Criteria

· Experience and good knowledge on ceiling track hoists
