Full Job Description
- Install and repair broadband, TV and phone services in customers homes
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults calmly and accurately
- Explain solutions clearly so customers feel informed and reassured
- Take ownership of jobs from start to finish
- Work safely at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions

- A full UK manual driving licence
- Confidence working outdoors, at heights and in customers homes
- A responsible, safety-focused mindset
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Previous experience in a technical, engineering or installation role is beneficial, but not essential
