We know that our teams are the key to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful experiences for our clients, customers, and employees.What you'll do:General day-to-day administration duties of the office including processing invoices, raising purchase orders, processing payroll and any other required ad-hoc duties.Assisting the Site Lead where required & covering in his absenceProcessing Restaurant card payments, updating till maps and maintaining usersAssisting the General Services Manager with month end reportsComply with all Sodexo Company policies/procedures and client site rules and regulations.Ensure all company documentation is completed correctly and is compliantTo deputise in periods of absence of the General
