  • Daily Banking

  • AR Ledger Management

  • Guest Ledger and Voucher account control

  • Filing, data entry, typing and assisting with the management of communications and

  • Paperwork, managing diaries, assisting with travel arrangements/organisation,

  • Assist Line Manager to make improvements and implement required changes

  • Assist Line Manager to liaise with external agencies relation to administration matters

  • Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis as agreed

  • Achieve agreed personal targets and assist Line Manager in to achieve agreed team targets

  • Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work

  • Report problems/failures that may impact on the organisation and/or its clients/customers to Line Manager

  • Train in best way to meet targets and contribute to those of the team

  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organisation, its suppliers and clients/customers

  • Maintain daily reconciliation of payments, resolving discrepancies and working alongside central finance function

  • Assist in the housekeeping of the procurement system and processing of invoices

  • Assist in the debt recovery of the in-house ledger and deal with customer queries and requests
