Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in Port Dundas to hire a talented Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

As Finance Assistant, you will support the finance function with day-to-day transactional and administrative tasks, helping to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth project cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase invoices and supplier payments

• Raising sales invoices and assisting with applications for payment

• Reconciling bank accounts and supplier statements

• Supporting month-end processes and basic reporting

• Assisting with expense claims and payroll data preparation

• Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems

• Liaising with project teams and external suppliers as required

Interviews will be held at our clients HQ.
