Finance Assistant

P&L Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Bellshill, to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is an interesting and varied role to join a team of 5. The successful candidate will be a good all-rounder with strong numerical skills and there will be an opportunity to be trained in payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales ledger duties
• Invoice processing
• Nominal cash book
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card matching
• Weekly payroll
• Processing new starters & leavers
• Dealing with payroll queries
• Using Sage 200

Requirements:

• Some finance experience (will train up in payroll)
• High levels of attention to detail, fast paced environment
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Numerical with good problem-solving skills
• Commitment to the role
