Finance Assistant

East Kilbride

£30k - £35k

40 hours per week

Free Parking

Oliver Smith Recruitment are working exclusively with our key client in East Kilbride to hire a talented Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has a positive outlook, and embraces challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities:

Processing Supplier invoices
Liaising with customers and suppliers as required with the resolution of accounts queries.
Support the credit control function and chase overdue accounts.
Check production document pricing against quote and generate customer invoices.
Sending invoices by email weekly
Resolving invoice queries
General admin duties

Interviews will be held next week.
